IntelliGait: Intelligent Gait analysis. Using machine learning for pattern recognition and gait classification

This project takes advantage of a large-scale database of real-world clinical gait data captured during clinical praxis of the Rehabilitation Center Weißer Hof (AUVA). This dataset enables us to develop novel machine based learning methods for automated gait analysis and classification.

Annual meeting held at the AUVA

The entire IntelliTeam met this week (11.09.2017) once again at the Weißer Hof, AUVA in Klosterneuburg. We discussed critical points in the project, defined the “machine learning algorithm” road map and also had some coffee (just as researcher do).

Best Paper Session – ESMAC 2017

Anna-Maria Raberger and Brian Horsak attended the ESMAC conference from the 5th to the 9th of September in Trondheim, Norway. They talked and chitchatted to a lot other scientist working on similar projects and discussed the project’s road map. Brian Horsak presented our results on the first day of the conference, at the Best-Paper-Award session. […]
